Shipping & Returns 

Shipping Policy

Your order will usually ship within 7-10 business days.  We strive to ship any back-order for out-of-stock items within 15 days after purchase.  Please contact cusmerservice@aspyrestore.com if you have any questions about your order.  
 

Please Note
There is currently no local pickup or international shipping available.

Return & Exchange Policy

All returns requests must be receipt within 15 days of delivery. No Returns or Exchanges on Sale or Clearance Items.  The following are the policy for all return requests.

  • All return requests should be sent to customerservice@aspyrstore.com for approval prior to returning any item.

  • Unless due to an error on our part or if the merchandise is defective, the return will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee to cover the costs of packaging, labor, and credit card fees we have incurred.

  • If items have already shipped when the return is made, shipping costs will not be refunded, and customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the products to The Aspyr Store.

  • Refunds can be issued as an In-store credit or credit card credit.

 

To maintain the best level of quality, we do not accept returns for consumable merchandise.  This policy is for your benefit to ensure that you get safe, sanitary and 100% un-altered products that have not been contaminated by any outside sources.

No returns on electrical items unless defective (scales, etc.) Most of these items are covered by the manufacturer and have mail in warrantees and can be returned to them.
